MAJOR REMODEL 2026
After years as a rental property, this house has been transformed into a home where the owners can enjoy their retirement. They love the original home’s character, abundant natural light, and panoramic views of San Luis Obispo and Bishop Peak—and have designed their remodel to make the most of these special features.
The 1910 bungalow’s high ceilings with crossing beams reflect the design-style of the time. Ed and his team focused on maintaining and restoring the home's original historical character, adding special custom finishes, while upgrading the comforts of the home. They also converted an existing loft addition into a proper second floor.
